Three level sharpening system:

Coarse Sharpening: removes small damages and restores the initial edge.

Medium Sharpening: refines the blade profile, making it more uniform.

Refined Sharpening: polishes the edge and ensures maximum cutting performance. Switching between stages is quick and intuitive thanks to the central click button mechanism.

Diamond 360# and 600# wheels, combined with a ceramic wheel for the final polishing stage, ensure effective and long lasting sharpening for kitchen knives.

Adjustable wheel that allows the blade to be set to the desired sharpening level, offering maximum precision in every phase.

USAGE TIPS

Not suitable for sharpening knives with a single bevel curved edge.

Handle the knife carefully during sharpening.

For optimal results, it is recommended to sharpen knives every two weeks.
