Sports knife with fixed blade with flipper for protection and advanced thumb grip. Handles fixed with screws and holes in stainless steel with caps for small safety cables

Black handle Kirinite lava resin, with red wavy veins and ash-colored Berkel gold logo.

9 cm long blade with very curved cutting edge, 4,8 mm thick in stainless steel W1.4109 Nitro, hardness 59/60 HRC with anti-reflective finishes.

Black leather sheath with safety flap and snap button closure, cut-resistant synthetic inner core and belt loop.
