We would like to inform you of some important updates regarding our logistics operations in the coming months.
Due to the significant increase in global logistics traffic caused by Black Friday and Christmas, there may be disruptions in the shipping of our products in December.

Delivery in 8-14 working days upon receipt of payment.
For more exclusive products such as manual Volano flywheel slicers, delivery times may vary and will be communicated upon receipt of payment.
We will send you an email when your items are shipped.

A Berkel product is a splendid gift; for each order received and paid still 12th December, delivery is guaranteed by 23rd December.
If something goes wrong, an extended return until January 31th will be applied. From December 23rd to January 12th inclusive, Berkel's logistics will have limited possibilities to arrange shipments.

*Shipping is free of charge for all EU Countries, for orders over € 150.00. Shipping costs are charged to the customer for all orders under this amount.

**Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday. No deliveries on holidays. For more exclusive products such as manual volano flywheel slicers, delivery times may vary and will be communicated upon receipt of payment. Delivery in Russia is not allowed.
