Right of Withdrawal

Dear Customer,

You may exercise your right of withdrawal in relation to purchases made on our website within 14 calendar days from the date you received the products.

To validly exercise your right of withdrawal, the products must be returned perfectly intact, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with no missing parts or accessories.

As provided for by Article 57(2) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), the consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Examples of diminished value include, but are not limited to:

- using the product in a manner that goes beyond what would normally be permitted when examining a product in a retail store; for example, using the product directly on food, which means it can no longer be considered "new";

- damage caused during return shipping due to inadequate packaging. For this reason, we recommend returning the product in its original packaging and packed in the same way as it was received.
