Detail Title

The kit consists of:

- “Made in Italy” hardened steel blade with reverse serration for a gentler cut 

- Blade extractor, which lets you remove the slicer blade safely and then store it inside the packaging

- The kit is delivered already assembled

The serrated blade allows very thin slices without spoiling the quality of the product. Ideal for cutting the toughest products, such as:

- Cured cold cuts

- Different types of bread with a crispy crust

- Certain types of fruit with harder skin and thinner skin such as tomatoes
